a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking, which goes towards your final invoice. This deposit secures your rental reservation.
Rental Equipment Disclaimer:
The photos and descriptions provided are for reference only. Rental items may vary in style, brand, color, or specific model based on current availability. We strive to provide comparable quality and appearance to ensure your satisfaction, but exact matches may not be possible.
Promotions:
Promotions apply to DJ entertainment packages, Photo Booth packages, and rental equipment orders. All rental equipment must total $500 or more to qualify for promotions. For a complete list of eligible items, please contact us.
Exclusions:
The following items are excluded from promotions: concession supplies, DJ add-ons, Photo Booth add-ons, colored sand art, message in a bottle, face painting, henna tattoos, European body spray art, bounce houses, carnival games, tables and chairs, safety/security rentals, and all effect requirement refills.
Liability:
Our damage waiver starts at $50 per rental, depending on the item. This fee protects you from liability for accidental damage but excludes misuse, intentional damage, loss, or theft. Damaged or broken items must still be returned to us.
For lost items, customers are responsible for replacement costs but have a two-week grace period to locate missing items. For damages, our damage waiver covers accidental damage to rental items but excludes damage due to neglect or intentional actions.
Travel & Delivery:
Delivery fees depend on location, with set-up and take-down services available for an additional charge. Our delivery service offers convenient drop-off within 20 feet of where our delivery vehicle can safely reach. We typically do same-day drop-off and pick-up, but you may also request delivery the day before or pickup the day after your event. You can pick up rentals the day before your event and return them the day after. Let us know which option best fits your schedule!
Stacking Restrictions:
Promotions and deals are non-stackable and cannot be combined with any other offers, including the first responder discount.
